Represented the mother of two of Derrick's children in this $1.1 million estate.
Estate of Helen Morrison;
Represented the protectee and was instrumental in recovering $500,000 from Jackson County, Missouri and former employees of the Public Administrator's office who stole from Ms. Morrison's estate.
Estate of David Langhorn;
Appointed as the administrator of the Estate of David Langhorn and ran a $20 million manufacturing business.
Commerce Bank v. Lyddon, et al.;
Appointed as Guardian ad litem in this $38 million declaratory trust action.
Estate of Stewart Carson;
