Employee Wellness Program
Auricular Therapy
On October 20, 2006 the firm offered its employees support to help them to stop smoking. An auricular therapist came to our office and treated employees that were interested in receiving treatment. As an incentive to help the employees that had the treatment, the Firm offered a $50 gift certificate and lunch with a Partner upon completion of 6 months of no smoking. After one successful year of non-smoking, the firm offers a $250 financial reward to the employee.
Fitness Program
Starting January 1, 2007 the firm will offer a $15 monthly stipend to employees who joined a fitness club of their choice. Many employees have taken advantage of this stipend and are working towards a healthier 2007!
