Judgment for Factor

Tom Fritzlen obtained a judgment from the Jackson County Circuit Court (Kansas City) in favor of our client, Agricap, LLC, a factor of accounts receivable. After two days of evidence, and hearing witnesses from both sides, the Court awarded a recovery of $119,424.18 for Agricap against American Meat Company, Inc. for products sold to local restaurants.
