Outright Dismissal

Shawn T. Briner and Robert D. Kroeker successfully prosecuted a motion in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri which resulted in the outright dismissal of claims that a national mortgage servicer had violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act, and the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act.
