Court of Appeals Affirms Judgment

On March 24, 2009 the Missouri Court of Appeals affirmed an $87,000.00 judgment in favor of the firm’s client in the case styled Interstate Underground Warehouse & Industrial Park, Inc. v. Marwood Sales, Inc. Associate attorney Robert M. Swiss acted as trial counsel in a commercial dispute over product sales and storage charges, and partner Thomas J. Fritzlen, Jr. argued the case on appeal.
