LSC Co-Chair

Berry F. Laws, III was recently named as Co-Chair with William Leroy to the AFN's LSC Committee. The purpose of the committee is for strategic initiatives, educational initiatives and to plan and develop open lines of communication between lenders, creditor's attornies, debtors, debtor's counsel, the courts and bankruptcy Trustees. The committee will also assist in lobbying efforts to defend the Mortgage Industry.
