Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, PC Selected for Fannie Mae Retained Attorney Network
Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, PC is pleased to announce its selection in the new Fannie Mae Retained Attorney Network. After months of a detailed vetting process, Fannie Mae has created an exclusive network of retained attorneys to handle all Fannie Mae foreclosure and bankruptcy matters (as well as post-foreclosure legal proceedings and activities).
The new network will initially include 31 jurisdictions, with the expectation that additional jurisdictions will be added over time. MLL&F was one of only five firms chosen for the State of Missouri. The new network will foster a more disciplined, end-to-end approach to default management; facilitate more effective management of fees, costs, quality, and reporting to Fannie Mae; and facilitate enhanced loss mitigation efforts by network attorneys.
Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, PC and its affiliated title company, MoKan Title Services, LLC will continue to provide these end-to-end default services for Fannie Mae, as well as, for all its clients.
