2nd Annual DAG - REDS
Berry F. Laws, III and Jane Woll attended the 2nd Annual Real Estate Default Symposium sponsored by DAG (Default Attorney Group) in Dallas on June 17, 2008. Mr. Laws sat on several panels, including How to Avoid Sanctions in Bankruptcy Cases and Quickly Identifying and Resolving Fraud. In all, 125 people from 11 servicers attended the Symposium.
The Symposium was followed by a Texas Rangers Baseball Game, which was also very well attended.
