December 11, 2007:
For six years Partner Bob Kroeker served on the Board of Governors of a regional high-technology trade association and for nearly fifteen years he has served on the Board of Advisors for a small company dedicated to helping employers hire, train, develop and manage employees to further the values and goals of the employer. Kroeker was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Raytown Water Company, one of the few privately owned utilities in the state of Missouri. Kroeker has also taught several Business Law courses at the college level. Kroeker is now using his experience, knowledge in advisory and board service and his practice in business litigation to help develop the curriculum for a pilot program for members of boards of directors for non-profit and profit associations and corporations for the business school at a prestigious four year college in the region.
