The law firm of Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, P.C., which offers default services in the states of Missouri and Kansas, announced Friday that Mona Fettkether will be joining its default team as director of default operations.

Fettkether's 18-year history in the mortgage banking industry also includes a brief role supporting the national default outsource operations now owned by First American.
“Mona has over 18 years of experience and expertise in the mortgage banking industry and we are fortunate to have someone of her stature coming on board to help enhance our firm operations as we move forward into the challenges and opportunities currently facing our industry,” said Berry F. Laws III, managing attorney for Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen.
