Rocky Mountain Symposium
Berry F. Laws, III, Desarea Harrah and Jane Woll attended the Default Attorney Group’s Rocky Mountain Symposium, “REO in Rocky Times” on January 13, 2009 in Denver, CO. The Symposium covered many of the problems servicers are facing at this time. Berry spoke on panels covering bankruptcy and the emerging municipal regulatory enforcement, violations and liens. He also spoke on property preservation. Desarea spoke on the panel for evictions. The Symposium was very well attended by several REO servicers and investors in the Denver area.
